We mixed together four ingredients. Chocolate Protein Powder. Peanut Butter. Rolled Oats. And we threw in bischoff, (that part is optional, it makes it a bit sweeter, it's sort of peanut butter like). You do equal parts of the three major ingredients. You can either roll the mixture into balls or you can roll it out onto a pan and cut it out later. You can also either add dried berries, dried coconut... Ect... To add extra flavor.
So far we are loving them. The benefits of protein are endless, iit helps satisfy hunger, helps repair muscles and injuries and our hair and skin are made up of mostly protein.
