Cookies

I love sweets, anything from candy to baked goods. I have never met a cookie I don't like. But, I also don't like to see my bum giggle. Now don't get me wrong I also love my protein snacks and homemade granola I made but sometimes you need a cookie.
The average cookie has around 120 calories and up... So you can just go ahead and add an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill (because who ever really eats just one).

So here is our summer cookie we like that we learned about... You get a graham cracker and spread cool whip in it then top it with another graham cracker, making little sandwich's. The trick is after you make a good amount of them you put them in Tupperware and set them in the freezer. When you pop one of these bad boys out and eat one you will love and thank me later.

On average grahm crackers usually have a teaspoon less of sugar and contain only one gram of fat (I am nowhere near a perfect mom but I know I don't want to load my baby full of sugar). Now I didn't grab the light cool whip like a should have but on average you are only consuming 50-75 calories instead of the huge about. Try them out and if you have any other awesome alternatives to share with us we would love it. Boston loves these, too!
