Speaking of Christmas I seriously can't believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I feel like as I get older time just goes faster and faster. I have done pretty good this year at making sure I had all of the gifts bought and wrapped before last minute... I love to focus on what Christmas is all about and be with my family...but also because I really really really hate going into stores right now (I ordered my moms present a few weeks ago and it hasn't came yet, fingers crossed it makes it).
I love how with Boston in my life the last few years Christmas has started to be so much more special for me. I can easily say that I am so much more excited for Christmas morning than she is. Right now everything in her life is so new and it's magical and I LOVE getting able to see it all thru her eyes. I have had an extra fun time helping Santa pick out her presents. I got her this little book a while ago that I have been working on (it is from me not Santa)...It will hardly mean anything to her now but I hope when she gets to open it and read it when she is older she likes it. Moms, (or dads..) go to Deseret Book and get the book called, "For my Baby", inside you write a lot of little letters for them to read when they are older and each little letter is special such as 'the day you were born'...'your first house'...'what you do that makes me laugh'... I think it will be nice little thing for her to read when she is older.
We truly are spoiled with how great of family and friends we have. We have had parties with my moms side of the family, my dads, my work and a few friends. Wednesday evening we get together with my sisters, their families and parents to eat, exchange gifts and play games and it is easily one of my favorite nights of the year. After that we have to try our very hardest to fall asleep so Santa can come... (who am I kidding Boston doesn't know the difference from Christmas morning to any other Thursday morning, it's me that wont be able to sleep).
We have gone through a lot of hot chocolate, watched so many Christmas movies and arranged and rearranged the Nativity Set too many times to count. We have seen the lights downtown, made gingerbread houses and have picked out a special present for all of the special people in our lives...(I shouldn't just say people becuase I helped Boston buy a present for her to give her cat). I think we have hit everything on our Christmas bucket list. I have loved witnessing so many acts of kindness during the holidays and just seeing others do more than they need to to help those who need it. People really are good and it although it sounds cheesy I do believe in Christmas miracles. We hope your holidays are great!

All of the pretty lights at Trolley Square.
We had all of the family over to our house last Friday to make gingerbread houses... This wobbly little one was the best we could make but it was so much fun!
This day we were an hour late to a family party and I got thrown up on the way there by Boston but it ended up still being a good day.
The Ogden mall has the cutest little train that you can ride around in. My mom took Boston and she loved it! She LOVES her grandma so so much!
We went to Olive Garden with my friend, Tara, and I think she was pretty embarrassed when people mentioned our matching flannels... We on the other hand thought it was great!
My book for Boston's stocking for her to open when she is older.

When does mike see Boston next? We are sll placing bets on how quick she is going to be posting Picts of Boston! Ha! Happy holidays to you and boston
