Things I Find Attractive

I started this blog when I was just a few months pregnant with Boston and up until she was five months old it was a private blog that only I could read and if you look back on the first posts it was pretty evident that it was just for me. I guess I just needed a place to record my feelings. Since then it has morphed into a, "mommy blog" which I am one hundred percent okay with because writing about motherhood and Boston is my jam. Lately, I have enjoyed sharing my thoughts on other topics and today I just wanted to share my list of things that I find attractive. I don't really care if you are 16 and single or 85 and have been married for over 55 years everyone has a list of things that they find attractive and today I wanted to share mine.

*funny in a unique way.
*ambitious
*educated.
*loyal... questioning ones intentions is the worst.
*passionate. I don't care if they are passionate about a band, their job or a sport team but I love when their passion for their interest shows.
*aesthetically I have always been a sucker for good teeth and kind eyes.
*someone who is up for an adventure but at the same time they are financially able to fund their weekend trip and responsible to be back on time for work.
*obviously, I think someone who interacts well with kids is very attractive.
*empathetic
*someone who dresses well. I'm not saying the most expensive clothes out there, just that he put thought into what they are wearing.
*a good listener. it's nice to feel heard.
*height matters
*kind. to everyone. If he is nice to you but not nice to the waiter her probably isn't very nice.
*confidence. There's a fine line between confidence and arrogance.

I guess this list could go on and on... which I was about to do while we are waiting out this storm but I found a good ending point. It's hard being a mom who isn't married because you have to find the attractive qualities that you love and make sure that they are qualities that will benefit your child as well.
