Motherhood and me

I never expected that I would be the sort of woman who was defined by motherhood.  I don't think that I have been, but rather all previous self-definitions have completely evaporated

How interesting would it be if I could talk to myself two years ago... I would probably laugh and make fun of that girl who thought she had things figured out.
