I'm not a single mom

I am not a single mom. I guess by the worlds standards I technically am. I believe there is so much strength, honor and reverence that is placed with that title and I'm not positive I am deserving of it... I do not raise my sweet baby alone. I have had huge amounts of help from my parents, who have given time, money, and tears. I have received so much from Boston's two aunts, my older sisters, who have given advice, gifts, tending and support. I have been given the protection a little sister deserves from their husbands, who are now the big brothers i never had. I have had the help of Boston's seven big cousins, who have unconditionally loved Boston before they even met her. I have had more help from my friends who have tended so I could go to work or even just so I could nap,
who blessed us with the fun, unpractical gifts I couldnt afford myself. I was showered with presents from the community of women who are my moms friends so that my little Boston could be welcomed into this world like the princess she is. Although my grandpa John died when she was only four months I had his prayers and his humor to keep me going. We receive beautiful messages from strangers daily.

By the worlds standards I am a single mom. I currently am not married and Boston is father-less. But I am not a single mom... I have had more help with this sweet baby than I can ever put into words to describe how appreciative I am.
We are so blessed. I am once again humbled by the kind messages we receive. Thank you.
