Clean Eating

Hurting my tailbone was the worst. I couldn't do much of anything and so since I wasn't able to work out I gave myself permission to eat pretty bad. I have been back at the gym now for two weeks and I have been making sure Boston and I have been eating food that is GOOD for us. I havnt had a Diet Coke in two weeks and have been gulping down lots of water. I eat a ton of veggies and fruit, I really do love both. The problem is I have a huge sweet tooth.... So I put together this healthy treat for Boston and I. It is amazing, such a better alternative, easy to make (15 minutes), and just a warning but soooo good tasting! If you try them out let us know! Coconut/Protein Truffles
Mix • 1 bag of unsweetened coconut flakes • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil • 1 large scoop of chocolate protein powder • 1 tablespoon of honey
Roll into little balls and freeze then melt •1 cup of dark chocolate chips and • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Once froze dip the coconut balls into the dark chocolate and cool.. (I can imagine you would work with any flavor of protein you have).

The only thing I would change is make them slightly smaller so you can have more and in smaller sized portions...
