obsessed

Nothing too big has been happening at our house recently so since it has been a slower week in our lives I decided I just wanted to give a quick post to share a few things that I am obsessing over lately....

*T Swifts new album. I caved and downloaded it... I didn't want to, I tried to be strong. I wanted to not follow the trends but the girl has mad lyrical skills. Look up "Style" and "Clean" they are my favorite two songs on the album as of now.

*Our red flannels. So warm and so easy on cold days where I just don't really dig getting ready for the day any more than I am forced to... (plus they match)! Mine is from Old Navy and Boston's was only $4.00 from Wal Mart.

*The best cookies ever! They are from Trader Joe's and I honestly just wish I lived closer than an hour and a half to the nearest location so I would stop having to coax people from Salt Lake into bringing them up to me.

*Also from Trader Joe's... this amazing Vitamin E oil that has been doing absolutely awesome wonders for my dry winter skin.

*I typically hate games... especially the kind you play on your phone (seriously all of you Candy Crushers... I just don't see what you love about that game...big shout-out to my older sister, Alicia). I downloaded Trivia Crack and I LOVE it! It makes me feel as if all of the hours I have spent watching documentaries weren't in vain. If you get it (which trust me, you want to) message me what your user name is so I can play you.

If you have anything new that you are obsessing over let me know what it is? I love trying new things..... &&& in December I am pretty pumped for a holiday giveaway of a few of my favorite things so stay tuned!

  1. *The statement below was posted on Tonya's blog from me. I don't know if she will actually post it so I will post it here for people to read as well. I hope things get better and she can fully understand the weight of turmoil she's caused you. She never truly understood motherhood until now. Love your blog and all the happy stuff:)*

Beautiful girls. I don't want to rain on your parade because I think you've come a long way and I am happy to see that you are now a new mother! But do you see the importance of having Michael there for the births and the impact of how this situation was full of love? Can you honestly say its fair what Ashlynn went through with Boston? He was in and out and no less to see you? I just hope you learn from this experience and the beauty of being a mother. Maybe you'll find less faults with Ashlynn now that you are a mother yourself.
