Mom-ed Out

I'm going to use this blog to vent... I know I have done it before but this time it is about motherhood. This week I have about reached my fill of it. I am about 'mom-ed' out. This is normally the part of my post where I just gush about how happy Boston makes me, and I promise she does still, but lately she has been a little shit. I swore on here and I don't even care. I am currently hiding in my room with leftover ice-cream (I don't even freaking like ice-cream that's how bad it is) just being thankful that tonight she is asleep before one am. In the past two days the house has been painted pink by her, a jar of pickles has been thrown on the floor, all night tantrums, and everything in between. My girl is normally so sweet and I know she has been going through a lot of changes so I am trying to hard to be patient. I have had grandma come talk to her and aunt Alicia and hopefully we make so progress because this mamma is so worn out. Like, I love her so much I can't even stand it sometimes, but today when she was pouring a bottle of pickles on the floor and laughing I wasn't really sure if I liked her right then... but I still loved her; if that makes sense. I'm just going to put this out there....toddlers are kind of jerks sometimes.

My mom once told me that one day I would have a little girl just like me.... well played, karma, well played.

I feel a lot better now that the vent session is out of the way. I always use the hashtag #momlife on Instagram, but holy smokes, lately mom life is tough. Send positive vibes our way and if you have any awesome advice on how you got past the "three-ager" phase let me know. The 'terrible-two's" were nothing.
