ASHLYNN & BOSTON: Cake in a Cup

I have never met a sweet I didn't like. Literally, I love it all; cakes, candies, cookies, doughnuts, pies, you name it. The problem is that I also have no limits. If I make a whole cake I will eat the whole cake. Since its usually just Boston and I at home we have come up with a solution. I saw this last week and have tried it out to make sure it was yummy and easy (our favorite kind of recipe).

All you need is two boxes of cake mix, one HAS to be angel food and the other can be any of your choosing. We LOVE fun-fetti, like its ridiculous how much we love it. You get these two boxes dump them into a big container shake them up and store it for when you are in the mood for cake. When you are in the mood you get a good sized mug and put 3tbs of the cake mix and 2tbs of water and microwave it for one minute. You can top it with ice-cream, whipped cream, fruit.... Whatever. It's an idavidul sized, warm cake! My dad is super picky about cake and he loved it. My parents are going to use this little idea for when they go camping. So good and it saves me from eating a whole giant cake at once.
