Poop in the Litter Box

I am not an animal person. I think I have mentioned this before but I needed to reiterate it so this post would make sense. Boston... she LOVES animals. Literally, she almost gets drunk off of them. Back in September we rode with my sister and her family to when they were going to pick up a new kitten for their family and after seeing how happy the tiny, white runt of the litter made her I had to get it for her.

Fast forward a few months and that adorable, tiny, white little runt of the litter drives me nuts. She has so much energy, she try's to sleep right next to one of our faces, she scratches things... the list is pretty endless. Boston on the other hand grows fonder of her every single day. The first thing she does when she wakes up is look for, "Tiny Baby" (that is the name Boston has given her), when we get home she runs in the house to look for her, and almost every day she spends a few minutes just petting her and telling her how cute she is.

Last night I went into where her litter box is and I was so annoyed to see that I had to clean the litter box for the third time that day. I honestly grumbled as I cleaned the poop from the litter box. I was annoyed but then I began thinking of other possibilities... I could be cleaning cat poop off the carpet, from behind the couch or underneath the bed. I was doing something I didn't enjoy but their were a lot worse things that were related to it.

I'm being a little metaphorical here but I guess we all have a little bit of 'poop in the litter box' to deal with but if you take time to look at it a different way the 'poop in the litter box' is still quite annoying but it is something that could be worse.

  1. The poop you deal with is the worst! Sorry Ashlyn. But on the bright side I won the bet. A little over two hours ha!
